We are a team with different preferences, tastes and areas of expertise. What unites us as vly is the knack for technology and the passion to make plant-based nutrition healthy and, above all, delicious. Would you like to be there?
HEALTH IS WHAT YOUR BODY TELLS YOU
First of all: health is a big word. For some, it means just not being sick. For others, health also has a lot to do with mindfulness and mental health. For us, health is a goal and also a wish. We wish you – and us – the health to live life the way you want it. It goes without saying that we cannot do this alone with our products.
But what we can do is develop products for you that provide your body with the proteins and other nutrients you need. And taste super delicious too. We believe: If you do something good for your body, then you are also doing something good for yourself and your health.
But be careful: Diet culture and pressure to optimize are not healthy at all. So you can throw toxic advice from social media, advertising and magazines straight into the bin. For us, health means first and foremost listening to your own body and taking breaks from time to time, taking time for yourself and not losing the fun of a balanced diet and exercise.

GREETINGS FROM THE LAB
As you may know, our proteins don't come from the barn, but from the field and then end up in the laboratory. I n our laboratory we develop new products, but we are also constantly researching our old ones. By the way, you can always read on the back of the products which version you are holding in your hands. Got one handy? Then look at the top left.
Long story short: Because science and technology never get there, neither do we. That's why we regularly get community feedback, refine the recipe, try out new things and bring improved versions to your kitchen. It's a constant process, but we like change - especially for the better.
OUR COMMUNITY CO-DEVELOPS
Did someone say community here? Yes here. We develop and improve our recipes together with our community of volunteer testers. We talk to them on the street, in the park and in the supermarket - or reach them via our database. Do you want to be part of it too? Then this way.
If you have registered as a tester, you can try out prototypes for free and evaluate them honestly. Really, you don't have to mince your words for us. We prefer your honest feedback. Only when all the data has been collected and evaluated do we decide whether a recipe will be changed or whether a product will even be launched on the market. As you can see, team work makes the dream work.
BUT STOP, STOP, THAT WAS NOT ALL
In addition to the tester community, there is also our sensory panel. This is a group of volunteer experts who test prototypes with us for two hours once a week, identify tastes and describe intensities. Our Sensory Panel helps us enormously in recognizing off-flavors that we have already become blind to. Ready for a little self-test? Try explaining the difference between sour and bitter. WE STARTED SMALL, TOO
The three of us - with our founders Moritz, Niklas and Nicolas. No, that's not meant to be a tongue twister. As a nutritionist, Nicolas has worked with top athletes and knows that you can do a lot with the right nutrition. With Niklas as a lawyer and Moritz as a food technologist, the three of them had all the ingredients together to bring us to life. Since then we've been making milk alternatives and other products that provide your body with the nutrients you need to really get going. Whether it's top-class sport or just relaxing at home is of course up to you.
A LOT HAS HAPPENED SINCE OUR BIRTHDAY 2018
We spent the first two years researching and developing our three very first products. Because good things take time. When they came onto the market in 2020, things really took off. We have grown, and so has our range and, above all, the number of people who know us, like our products and help develop them. Exactly, you are meant too. Nice that you're here.
