The competition is organized by VF Nutrition GmbH, Mollstr. 32, 10249 Berlin, organized and carried out.


The following conditions of participation apply:


We are giving away 3 x 2 weekend tickets from the Yoga United Festival worth €200 per ticket and 1 x 2 weekend tickets from the Ayurveda Festival worth €349 per ticket among all participants at the REWE Festival. The winner gets 2 tickets. The selection of festival tickets is not possible and is random. At Edeka Struve we are giving away 1 x 2 weekend tickets for the Rise Yoga Festival worth €289 per ticket. A cash payment is not possible.


The participation period is from May 1st, 2023, 0:00 a.m. to May 27th, 2023, 11:59 p.m. (CET). The Yoga United Festival will take place from June 27th to July 2nd, 2023 in Neuhausen / Spree (Brandenburg), the Ayurveda Festival from June 16th to June 18th, 2023 in Bad König (Hessen) and the Rise Yoga Festival from June 30th to July 2nd, 2023 Bad Kissingen (Bavaria). In order to take part in the raffle, the participant has the following options:


  1. The participant buys a product of his choice from the supplier VF Nutrition GmbH, Mollstr. 32, 10249 Berlin in a Rewe store or Edeka Struve store of your choice during the participation period.

  2. The participant must then send a photo of their receipt, which shows the purchase of the product, complete with the date via WhatsApp to the number 0177-7467227.


The winner will be determined by the random drawing among all participants and after the end of the competition via WhatsApp with the following note " Congratulations! You have won our vly festival competition. Please send us your full name, address and date of birth to: gewinnspiel@vlyfoods.com . If the winner does not respond within one week, the claim to the prize will be forfeited without replacement. Please make sure that the receipt of the notification is not prevented by a SPAM filter


The prize will be sent to the winner electronically via email from our sweepstakes partners/sponsors.


Anyone who is a consumer according to § 13 BGB, has reached the age of 18 and has a place of residence in Germany may take part in the raffle.


Employees of VF Nutrition GmbH and their relatives are excluded from participation. Participation through sweepstakes or entry services is also excluded.


In the event of a breach of these conditions of participation, VF Nutrition GmbH reserves the right to exclude persons from participation. VF Nutrition GmbH also reserves the right to cancel or end the competition at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons. VF Nutrition GmbH makes use of this option in particular if, for technical reasons (e.g. viruses in the computer system, manipulation or errors in the hardware and/or software) or for legal reasons, proper execution of the competition cannot be guaranteed .


German law applies. Legal action to review the draw is excluded.


VF Nutrition GmbH is not the organizer of the festival in question. If the organizer cancels the event, the winner has no right to receive replacement or alternative festival tickets.


Privacy Policy


The personal data collected as part of the competition will be used by VF Nutrition GmbH exclusively to carry out the competition and to notify the participant of their prize and to send the prize. This data processing takes place on the basis of Article 6 (1) (a) GDPR with your consent. You can revoke your consent at any time by sending us a message (e.g. to hello@vlyfoods.com ) without affecting the legality of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent up to the revocation. Your data will then be deleted.


We store your personal data as long as this is necessary for the decision about the competition. Your data will then be deleted after three months at the latest, unless you have consented to further processing and use and/or we do not have a legitimate interest in storing it.


Furthermore, VF Nutrition GmbH uses the WhatsApp Business service of WhatsApp Ireland Limited (4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland) to carry out the competition. The data processing serves to process and answer your contact request for the implementation of the competition. For this purpose we collect and process your mobile phone number stored with WhatsApp, if provided, your name and other data to the extent provided by you.We use a mobile device for the service, in whose address book only data from users is stored who contact us via WhatsApp Personal data will not be passed on to WhatsApp without you having already given your consent to WhatsApp.

Your data will be transmitted by WhatsApp to the Meta Platforms Inc. server in the USA.

There is no adequacy decision by the EU Commission for the USA. The processing takes place on the basis of Article 6 (1) (a) GDPR with your consent. You can revoke your consent at any time without affecting the legality of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent up to the revocation.
